A look at “New Library Object” that is placed under the media works.

Select the New Library Object button. Once selected a pop up will appear.

Here you are given the option to select the type of object you would like.
Select the object, once selected another pop up will appear.

Here you will see fields to put in meta data for the selected object.eg.Title,comment..ect.

To attach a file to this data
This tool is used to create a new entry with the selected table
Select options then select New Entry.
A window will pop up with the field names.
Add the new data into the fields and then select save or cancel if you don’t want to save the new entry.
This tool is used to edit the content within the selected entry
Select the record you would like to edit and click on options then select Edit Entry.
A window will pop up,
Edit the fields and then select save or cancel if you dont want to save.
This Tool deletes the entry from within the Table Result Records.
Select the record you would like to delete and click on options (or right click on the entry) then select Delete Entry.
This tool is used to view the database tables and add,edit or delete the table`s entry’s.

The work area is divided into two panels.

To access a tables results records click on the table in the tree on the left panel, the table results records are automatically loaded into the grid on the right.
