Right click on the layer – select content – List layer schedule and you should see two lists.
New list will be on top of the list, the content list 2 will only play on the date specified, you can add other info like terminate date so that it stops playing on that day.

Landing Zone Feature

A Landing zone is a computer installed on a clients local network (on-site) for storing the content and to make content get to the players faster.
This is most useful when you have large amounts of content / multiple players.
After the publish – the content is stored in the landing zone and players get the content from the landing zone.
If the landing zone is offline or doesn’t have heartbeat…the players will not get the latest content.

Here you can see all the landing zones, their heartbeats and all the other information.
The LanIP is the information that we use to connect the players to the landing zone, this is the number that you type in the Content Server block…see below.

2. Save the changes, refresh and after few seconds, the player will get the changes.

Viewing the RSS Feed

This is to see if the Rss feed created has pulled content and it updating.
Click on Media Works – then double click on the Rss feed you want to view

Viewing Rss Feed

If the page is blank after double clicking the rss feed, then there is something wrong with the feed.

Please note that viewing the weather rss will show blank page, this is correct but take note of the address it shows…please see below.

Correct RSS Weather

If the rss weather address shows the( http://…) it is correct – if it doesn’t show there’s probably something wrong with that weather rss feed.
See example below.
