This Tool deletes the entry from within the Table Result Records.

Select the record you would like to delete and click on options (or right click on the entry) then select Delete Entry.

This tool is used to view the database tables and add,edit or delete the table`s entry’s.

The work area is divided into two panels.

To access a tables results records click on the table in the tree on the left panel, the table results records are automatically loaded into the grid on the right.
This lesson shows you how to set permissions to view the Corp interface features.
You find this Corp Permissions under the Administration Tab

Click on Corp Permissions to see all the features that you can tick to make them functional on Corp.
When you tick a box e.g Bouquet Channels – when you login to Corp you will be able to use this feature but if it is not ticked, it will not be visible when logging to Corp interface.

By ticking a box as shown in picture above, you are making that feature functional on Corp.
Overview of the Library Structure
This tool is used to view the libraries on the database and add,update or edit them. The work area is a table that has 5 columns:
1.Symbol
2.Object ID
3.Name
4.Visibility
5.Accepts Media
Each row is a separate library Object.
To Refresh the list of Library objects, press the Refresh button
Viewing a library object

To select a library, left click on the library name. When the row goes white the library is selected.

Once library is selected, click on the “View Library Object” under Options

The Library Object Viewer is used to display, edit and create new library objects. The Library object tab is divided into two parts, the object structure panel and object attributes panel.
The object structure panel displays the data objects children as a hierarchy. All child data objects are displayed as branches of the tree. When clicking on a data object in the tree its attributes are loaded into the objects attribute panel.
The Objects Attributes panel displays the fields that describe the data object. Each row in the grid is an attribute. The Field Alias is the “name” given to that attribute which is used by forms and descriptions throughout the rest of the system. The Table column displays the data source table used by the attribute field and the Field column displays which of the data source table fields constitute the attribute. The Data Objects attributes can be reordered by dragging the desired row to its new position. ( Note: The data from the meta_data table must always precede all other data sources for the dynamic data object to be correctly built).
Adding a new library object to the library structure
Select "new library object" under options
Enter the required data.
Once you have added the data select save or if you would like to cancel select close.
This form is used by administrator users to create new system user accounts.
Select the "New User" option in the options drop down
Click on the text box next to each field and fill in the user account information.
Click on the save button to create the new user.
* The user name and user type fields must be filled in to create a new user.
The other fields can be edited by the new user themselves or an administrator user later.
Note: The user name field cannot be changed after a user has been created.
To alter a user account name you must delete the old account and recreate a new account.
Once a new user account has been added you must set a user password before the user can log into the system.
This tool is used to remove an existing user from the system.

Select a user from the user list by left clicking on the user in the grid and select the delete tool from
the options drop down

A confirmation message will appear, if you choose to proceed the user will be
removed from the system.
Click “Yes” to remove.
Sending a message
Type your message, and then click Send.
This form is used to alter an existing users details on the system.
Each user is able to alter their own details on the system. Administrator users are able to alter other users details through the administration module.
