Overview

The System Paths Tab allows administrators to set up the various working paths that the system requires to function.

The Path name refers to the system variable used and the path is its corresponding value (path).

New Scheduled Process

Click on New Scheduled Process

A pop up appears, fill in the fields:

  1. Active / Suspended (If the box is ticked the process is active, If the box is unticked the process is suspended)
  2. Drop down showing the Process name. You can select a process by clicking on the item in the drop down.
  3. Description (give a brief description of the process)
  4. Minute
  5. Hour
  6. Day of month (1-31)
  7. Month (1-12)
  8. Day of week (1-7)

Once you have entered the data, click save.

Edit Scheduled Process

Select the process and click on "Edit Scheduled Process"

Here you can edit the information on the selected scheduled process:

  1. Active / Suspended (If the box is ticked the process is active, If the box is unticked the process is suspended)
  2. Drop down showing the Process name of the selected process. You can select another process by clicking on the item in the drop down.
  3. Description (gives a brief description of the process)
  4. Minute
  5. Hour
  6. Day of month (1-31)
  7. Month (1-12)
  8. Day of week (1-7)

Once you have made your changes, click save.

Delete Scheduled Process

Select the process and click on the “Delete scheduled process” button.

A pop up appears for you to confirm that you would like to delete the process.
Select Yes to delete or No to cancel.
Warning: make sure that you are deleting the correct process by checking the process name in the pop up.

Purge Process

Select the purge process button.

A pop up appears asking you to select the purge mode:

  • All Cued Processes
  • All Started Processes
  • All Running Processes
  • All Errored Processes
  • All Paused Processes
  • All Complete Processes

Overview of the master process list

Here you can see the progress of each master process.

  1. With a progress bar showing the percentage of the process complete.
  2. The Process Name
  3. The owner of the process
  4. when it started
  5. and the server it is running on

If you click on the + button on the left of each process it will open up and give you the Time Started – ended of the process and the process ID.

Edit Process

Select the process that you want to edit, and click on "Edit Processes".

The Details tab shows the meta data for the selected process.
So on the tab you can edit this basic information.

  1. The process User type gives you the option to select the user type that can use this process.
